Earners of this badge had to complete the following three Pillars: Pillar One: Self Awareness Based on Everything DiSC Management programme. Pillar Two: Leading and Applying Emotional Intelligence as a skill necessary for Managing and Influencing others. Pillar Three: This was supported by the Digital Learning Platform. Micro Learning, Team Assignments and role playing were the main tools used to foster learning.
