Earning Criteria
-
Badge earners must complete both required and elective modules; elective modules are selected from a menu of learning electives. Each required and elective module includes education (reading and/or instruction), real-world application, and an evaluation.
-
Badge earners are required to apply their learning to a real-world enterprise change management implementation. Application is evaluated by a Prosci Advanced Certification Coach through reflections, reports, presentations, analysis, and written summaries. The candidate must demonstrate use of the CM Maturity Model, Future Vision Maturity Model, and ECM Strategy Map that showcases meaningful progress was made on increasing the overall change management maturity level of the organization.
-
Badge earners choose and perform a minimum of three real-world experience electives such as receiving an endorsement, publishing an article related to change management, giving a speech or volunteering at a change management conference or event, or attending a related course.
-
Certified Advanced Deployment Leaders complete a capstone project in which they articulate their Enterprise Change Management Journey and demonstrate an advanced level of individual competency through the creation of a case study. The case study must describe the Current State, Transition State, and Future State and demonstrate increased organizational maturity as a direct result of their work. The capstone project is reviewed by a cohort member and must be approved by two executive leaders.
