The owner completed the following training sessions : PRO Toolbox event (1,5 day), Peer coaching session (0,5 day), 2 days of skills training with a choice of 2 skills : Delivering your message, Mentoring, Change & Ambiguity, Networking, PRO Talk skills training (1 day), Body language skills training (1 day), Habit Building, From Expert to PRO event (1day).
The owner prepared and successfully presented a PRO Talk (TED a-like Talk) on a topic of their expertise in a captivating, inspiring and accessible way to an audience of Proximus employees.
The owner participated to a 360° feedback survey at the start and at the end of the program to assess the level of proficiency regarding a set of competencies required as PRO expert : Authentic storyteller, Building a network, Energy & Composure, collaboration, informing, interpersonal savvy, sharing, dealing with change & ambiguity. Based on the insights of the survey the owner of the badge defined and executed successfully his/her development plan.
