Earning Criteria

Actively engaged in various live sessions, including Immersion Sessions, Learning Sessions, Coaching Sessions, Deep Dives, and Industry Go-and-Sees, accumulating approximately 75 hours of learning. These sessions covered essential topics such as business and digital strategy, product innovation, customer experience, engineering, data science, and lean-agile leadership.

Collaborated effectively with an assigned cross-functional SPEED team, including analyzing, planning, and applying insights gained from live sessions. Participants demonstrated strong teamwork and shared responsibility, developing a comprehensive and actionable analysis or plan for the development of a use case by the end of the program.

Successfully completed three transformation methodology assignments and prepared a compelling presentation for Program Owners and Sponsors. These presentations effectively applied value acceleration methods using the PS HOW Approach while leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies. They showcased a high level of understanding and application of digital leadership skills, focusing on content quality, engagement, alignment with program concepts, and overall presentation skills.
