Earning Criteria

• Individuals with this badge completed a blended learning course that involved both self-paced digital learning and facilitator-led workshops. Individuals gained an understanding of the ICAgile Agile fundamentals (ICP), and acquired knowledge on the history of Agile, the Agile Mindset, values, principles and key concepts. Finally, this theoretical knowledge was applied hands-on in a practical-focused workshop, where individuals applied their Agile skills and developed key Agile artifacts.
• Individuals with this badge have taken their newly found Agile skills and applied them into their workplace environment. These badge holders have worked with their employer and training facilitator to individually define and fulfill activities to implement Agile practices at work.
• Individuals with this badge have developed Agile knowledge and competency, and undertaken a facilitated learning event. Individuals have also performed key Agile concepts including adaptive planning, value-driven development and team collaboration
