Students have attended and participated in a 1-day Employability Bootcamp. The Bootcamp takes them through all stages of the recruitment journey, from understanding their options to creating a CV and cover letter to understanding the application and interview processes.

Earning Criteria

Students were able to apply the knowledge gained through each session by completing different tasks. They participated in a group CV review task where they had to provide feedback and analyse sample CVs using their critical thinking skills. Students were given the task to complete a SWOT Analysis where they worked in groups and presented findings to the rest of the group. They worked in pairs/groups to answer a competency-based question where they received feedback on the spot.
