Earning Criteria

Complete 6 workshops of interactive, collaborative, real-time learning over 9-12 months. These are a total of 6.5 days. In between each workshop, there is applied learning and coaching - using the 70/20/10 approach to learning.

Complete six portfolios of applied workplace learning to a minimum standard, as assessed by a subject matter expert and qualified assessor. Each portfolio has a different focus yet they are integrated, requiring synthesis and reflection. The portfolios take approximately 120 hours in total.
