Earning Criteria

The Inpowered® Leadership Coach Training Certificate Program verifies that the coach has completed the training modules and has passed the exams in the method and resources to deliver high value leadership coaching by augmenting their coaching skills with Leadership competency-based development best practices. Training includes: Phase 0: Overview of the method. Phase 1: Training in the 6 Modules in the Inpowered® Leadership Coach method. Completed in Cohort or Self Study. Up to 15 CCEUs.

International Coach Federation

Coaches who complete the full Certification program who are not yet credential by the ICF, will earn the "Leadership Coach Certificate" instead of a "Certification". Up to 15 CCEUs (RDs).
