Permission from the client's organization is required and it may only be used when delivering through others who are also Licensed to Use. Content must be used consistent with the License to Use and IP terms. Includes 7 hours of recorded video training.

Earning Criteria

The Quantum360® Closed-loop, Interview-based feedback process support coaches to elevate the impact of their coaching engagements by including the voice of the system. It includes 9 hours of recorded video training, the list of interview questions honed over 17 years of use. The method may be used to support their Direct, Non-coach clients only and without sharing online or with others. Lifetime License to Use agreement and Intellectual Property terms must be honored.
