Earning Criteria

Complete a reflection essay as part of a learning portfolio guided by self-assessment of experience, the simulation learning activity Everest, and real time problem solving. The learner establishes goals and then re-assesses their completion of their goals for quality improvement. The self-assessment focuses on: developing professional best self, working in teams, building interpersonal / interprofessional relationships, developing a sense of belonging in community, and impacting health systems.

Complete a leadership/teaming simulation exercise, Harvard Everest Simulation.

Complete and present a design-thinking group project in an interprofessional team, on a healthcare system issue with feedback from the learner cohort and a panel of healthcare professionals and faculty.

Assessment of completion of requirements includes faculty evaluation of a relationship-centered learning portfolio and a design-thinking group project including feedback from the student cohort and a panel of healthcare professionals using a topical rubric.
