  • Workshop 1: Understanding Self as Leader: Build awareness of leadership behavior as viewed by yourself and others; Team Dynamics- Belonging, Inclusion, & Purpose: Apply actionable strategies to promote belonging on your team; Conflict Management: Practice conflict resolution and candid conversation strategies that move the conversation forward; Feedback & Feedforward: Identify conditions associated with good and bad experiences of giving and receiving feedback.
  • Workshop 2: Managing Performance: Identify methods to encourage engagement and motivation and build confidence on your team; Mentoring & Coaching: Identify current team member skills, abilities, areas for growth; Engaging Stakeholders: Apply best practices in collaboration; Leading Change: Apply best practices for leading change, organizing yourself and your team to achieve goals.
