Complete “Identify Your Leadership Style” Module: Participants shape their personal mission and leadership identity and develop new strategies to support better communication and collaboration with others.

Complete “Engage in Meaningful Conversations” Module: Participants better understand how to use emotional intelligence and candor to create collaborative working environments and engage in more meaningful conversations. Each participant reflect on and analyzes their own EQ-i 2.0 assessment.

Complete “Manage and Influence Stakeholders” Module: Participants improve verbal and nonverbal communication skills and rapport-building techniques to achieve greater presence and build stronger, more genuine relationships within teams and stakeholders. They learn to better recognize barriers to effective communication and the role of power, persuasion, and trust in extending influence.

Complete “Prioritize Your Development” Module: Participants learn how to illustrate and navigate social networks to achieve goals, improve processes, and advocate for organizational needs. They better recognize how each stakeholder influences the value stream and strategies for engaging essential organizational stakeholders.

Complete “Individual Development Plan”: Develop a personal action plan with clearly defined and measurable SMART goals to utilize personal strengths, address areas for growth, and support their personal leadership mission.
