Participants complete online graded assignments for each training module. Modules include Introduction to Lean, Power of Go See, Ask why, Show respect, Measurement with data collection and analysis, Process Mapping work and information flows, standard work and standardization, A3 Thinking as a way to approach problem solving and Goals, experimentation Kata and PDSA scientific method , Appreciative Lean Leadership, the art of asking questions and the power of conversations
Participants complete application projects, share on discussion boards and participate in coaching calls designed to practice the principles and tools.
Participants demonstrate a project-based peer to peer learning that supports a team with their daily improvement efforts through practice of lean thinking and doing as it relates to a business objective.
