Badge earners have completed an intensive "total talent advisory" learning path including courses in the following subjects: MSP, RPO, Randstad Corporate Solutions, Statement of Work, Total Talent Solutions, Advisory Skills, Recruitment Best Practices, Conflict Management, Introduction to Data Fluency, Time Management, and Conscious Inclusion.

Badge earners must have successfully completed the Influence Through Data Insights development program. This is an intense 8 week program with a focus on data fluency and the ability to translate human capital data into meaningful insights for the stakeholders that we serve.

Badge earners are required to submit a portfolio of proof of application that is assessed by an expert global committee. The work samples must include a number of examples of how they'v been able to apply the learning and convert the key competencies into proven business results.

Applicants for this certification must have completed the Total Talent Advisory Authority Level Assessment Exam with a passing grade of 85% or above.
