Earning Criteria

Participants complete a one-off 90 minute training session covering the basic cultural differences between UK & Indian cultures.
Participants bring and work through their own experiences of working cross-culturally during the session, including where there may be challenges that they want to overcome.
Participants create an action plan on how to bring more collaboration between onshore and offshore individuals, bearing cultural differences in mind.
