Earning Criteria

  • Earners of this badge have successfully completed a 7-week virtual program that covers the 5 key dimensions of culture: Time, Communication, Authority, Trust & Relationships, and Persuasion. The full learning journey consists of 8-hours of live facilitated virtual workshops, 2-3-hours of self-guided online learning, and an end-of-program individual presentation.
  • Earners of this badge are required to present application-based learning outcomes at the end of the program. Via a short presentation, they demonstrate the application of the 5 dimensions and their key learnings to their individual working scenarios and to specific stakeholders.
