Participants develop the skills to become global leaders developing harnessing learnings on business transformation, intercultural management and effective leadership styles. In partnership, they gain practical application of the learning, by leading a high-impact global business project that has a direct impact on business performance.

Earning Criteria

Earners of this badge must have successfully completed the full Global Executive Program, including all modules of learning. The full learning journey consists of 5 areas of learning; Harnessing a Growth Mindset, Leading Transformation in a Digital Age, Intercultural Management, Personal Leadership styles totalling 50+ hours of in-person or virtually facilitated workshops over a 10-month period.

Earners of this badge have led a global project for 4+ months to address a business-critical problem. The project included an analysis of the problem statement and business impact, solution design and where application a business pilot. Project findings and recommendations were presented to our Global Executive Leadership Team

Earners of this badge have undergone a formally accredited 360 feedback process, gaining insights and feedback into their personal leadership styles and personal strengths in relation to their role.
