Earning Criteria

  • Earners of this badge have successfully completed a 6 week virtual "Project Management & Implementation" program. The full learning journey consists of upto 20 hours of live facilitated workshops, pre-work, application assignments and a presentation to demonstrate the learners ability to apply their learnings from the program to a real-life project.
  • Earners of this badge are required to complete a Project Scope Definition, an Executive Summary and a Project Governance. This is done utilizing their learnings and effective use of project templates, along with review and input from the facilitator.
  • Earners conclude the sessions with an assignment where they demonstrate the application of their learning through a present-back to peers and leaders in the project management and implementation space. They provide and obtain feedback to conclude the course. Following completion, certified Grow participants are provided access to a Grow Allumni site to continue to collaborate with current and future graduates.
