Earning Criteria

A six month, blended, self-directed learning programme across three modules; including virtual events, online learning, self reflection and assessment.

Participants complete simulations based on the management of a virtual team, as well as on-the-job tasks, designed to assess and manage their own teams.

Participants attend a final virtual practice, completing various scenarios and assessments to demonstrate understanding and application of their new skills.
