This programme builds on foundational recruitment knowledge to provide learners with an elevated understanding of and capability with the critical stages of recruitment, the data used to drive performance and the processes used to manage a successful recruitment desk; covering vacancy grading and control, relationship management, pricing, credibility and negotiation.

Earning Criteria

Participants complete a 4 week virtual intensive 'sales excellence' programme (total of 5hours 15mins training)

Participants keep track of their feedback to share with their manager in-branch, who supports them in bringing learnings to life in the day-to-day running of a sales desk.

Along with their manager, participants complete and submit desk observations around talent management, vacancy control and client meetings.

Participants must attend a final live simulation day and complete a number of scenarios and assessments, based on their understanding and capability of their new skills.
