The Senior Development Programme has been designed to increase the skills and knowledge required at this experience level of the recruitment industry. Earning Criteria

A four month, blended, self-directed learning programme across four modules. Each module can be completed at the learner's own pace.
Participants must complete on-the-job tasks associated with each module, designed to grow their desks and businesses.
Participants create a business plan outlining their individual and business growth, that will be presented to a panel of leaders, and which marks completion of the programme.
