Earning Criteria

  • Must work/have worked in an Apprenticeship Support Network provider
  • Must have participated in and completed the Esher House behavioural science induction course that covers technical setup, configuration, distribution, completion and initial analysis of the assessments in various formats (telephone, email, bulk uploads).
  • Demonstrated an understanding of the behavioural theories and drivers involved in supporting apprentices, trainees and their employers towards completion.
  • Confirmed competence in the comprehension and distribution of assessment results including probability percentile scores, coaching guides and support to other team members responsible for direct coaching.
