The Red Hat® Engineering Leadership Program (ELA) is a key component of the leadership strategy in developing high performing technical women. ELA is a 9 month program with a cadence of continuous learning and application thru formal strategy projects, coaching and mentoring. Leaders are selected for participation based on a track record of excellent performance and potential. Participants will be issued a digital badge when all criteria have been met to graduate from the program.

Female associates in technical roles within the Products & Technologies organization with a track record of excellent performance and demonstrate the capability, engagement, and aspiration to expand their leadership impact

Recommended by managers, reviewed by the ELA program team, and approved for participation by the Products and Global Engineering executive team

Successful completion of the 9 month Accelerated Leadership Program
