ReSOURCE's Weatherization 101 prepares students for entry into the Weatherization Technician field. Students receive construction skills training as well as the foundation of building science and home-energy efficiency. They gain hands-on experience with the common tasks of an entry-level weatherization technician including air sealing, caulking, loose-blow and dense-pack cellulose blowing, and rigid and 2-part foam-insulation intallation.
