Believe Impact Program Participant

Led by Olympian Sarah Wells, the Believe Impact Program is designed to give RBC students an opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals, further develop leadership skills, create an impact in the community, and showcase that impact to RBC leaders and industry experts. Participants are passionate about solving a similar issue. Together, participants collectively utilize their unique passions & skill sets to solve a problem, resulting in an Impact Project.

Earning Criteria

As Participants in this program, students will work in teams of 8-10 of their peers to address a problem, build their project and create an impact. Participants dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per each week to attending team meetings and workshop sessions with Sarah Wells.
