The RBC Student Ambassador Program (SAP Program) is a volunteer program exclusively offered to existing students enrolled in post-secondary studies across Canada. Student Ambassadors take on the important role as chief liaison to their school upon return to their studies and completion of at least one co-op term with RBC. Ambassadors act as extension of the Early Talent Acquisition Team by sharing their experience with peers on campus via various events and initiatives.

RBC Student Ambassador participate in a competitive selection process including an application and interview. The role of RBC Student Ambassador is a volunteer position that enable Ambassador to become student leader within their community.

A Student Ambassador is a key facet in upholding RBC’s impressive reputation and image amongst their peers. Students are tasked with the responsibility to communicate, organize, promote and participate in exciting RBC events and activities taking place on campus and entice their friends to join in on the action. Their aim is also to inspire their peers to explore the RBC brand and the countless array of opportunities available to them.
