RBC's Student Partner Program (SPP) positions selected students as leader within the large and diverse student community at RBC, over the course of a 4 month co-op or summer work term. Student Partners are enabled to function as mentors, responsible for building a sense of camaraderie among the student community, and to be a liaison between the students and the RBC Early Talent team. RBC's Student Partners have built strength in their leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration abilities.

Earning Criteria

  • RBC Student Partners participate in a competitive selection process including an application and interview. The role of RBC Student Partner is a volunteer position that is above and beyond the students' mandate during their co-op or internship at RBC.
  • Student Partners are self-starters and ambitious leaders amongst their student peers across RBC. Throughout their term as Student Partners, students commit to activities including attending weekly meetings and student-related events, collaborating in teams, planning and executing tasks.
