RBC Student Partner

RBC's Student Partner Program (SPP) positions selected students as leader within the large and diverse student community at RBC, over the course of a 4 month co-op or summer work term. Student Partners are enabled to function as mentors, responsible for building a sense of camaraderie among the student community, and to be a liaison between the students and the RBC Early Talent team. RBC's Student Partners have built strength in their leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration abilities.

Earning Criteria

RBC Student Partners participate in a competitive selection process including an application and interview. The role of RBC Student Partner is a volunteer position that is above and beyond the students' mandate during their co-op or internship at RBC.

Student Partners are self-starters and ambitious leaders amongst their student peers across RBC. Throughout their term as Student Partners, students commit to activities including attending weekly meetings and student-related events, collaborating in teams, planning and executing tasks.
