Boost is a 6-month leadership & professional development program where technical New-Grads partake in monthly in-person training to build their communication, emotional intelligence, resiliency & confidence in the workplace, business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills in order to become a stronger and more empathetic leader.

Earning Criteria

New-Grad must apply to the Boost program (self-nomination) and receive manager approval to participate. Candidates must showcase an interest to development ones self, their communication skills, strategic thinking and leadership, as well as a willingness to learn.
