Earning Criteria

Students must complete a timed and comprehensive exam that evaluates their mastery of core business principles and application.

Learner must successfully complete 35-45 hours of instruction and applied learning which includes but is not limited to: pre-reading, module discussions and relevant exercises.

A Bachelor's degree or significant work experience are required prerequisites to admittance. Applicants are assessed for their knowledge and experience, and are accepted based upon their ability to succeed in the program.

Standards
The Rutgers Mini-MBA programs, both in-person and online, offer students an opportunity to earn a 3-credit waiver toward a Master's degree at Rutgers Business School. The 3-credit waiver is regarded as graduate level credits to be used toward waiving an elective course.
Upon program completion, the learner will receive a Mini-MBA certificate. The Rutgers Business School Executive Education Mini-MBA is a Micro-Credential, widely acknowledged as a standard designation of advanced learning across all industries and disciplines.
