Earning Criteria

Students must complete a timed and comprehensive exam that evaluates their mastery of core business principles and application.

Learner must develop an applied capstone project of the curriculum to a real-world business scenario through an analysis of the course content, and present to faculty for feedback and grading.

Learner must successfully complete 35-45 hours of instruction and applied learning which includes but is not limited to: pre-reading, module discussions and relevant exercises.
Standards
The Rutgers Mini-MBA programs, both in-person and online, offer students an opportunity to earn a 3-credit waiver toward a Master's degree at Rutgers Business School. The 3-credit waiver is regarded as graduate level credits to be used toward waiving an elective course.
Upon program completion, the learner will receive a Mini-MBA certificate. The Rutgers Business School Executive Education Mini-MBA is a Micro-Credential, widely acknowledged as a standard designation of advanced learning across all industries and disciplines.
