The badge recipient builds on the Foundations of Leadership Badge to focus on several potential initiatives on campus that demonstrate an advanced level of contribution. The student will initiate or contribute substantially to programs, activities, or events for the benefit of the RSBC and/or the Camden Campus. Earning Criteria

Student completed 6 units from the following activities: 1) Leadership education course at the Master's level (open to dual degree program). 2) Represent RSBC at academic competitions (3 units includes training, preparation and competition - eg. CFA, NABA, Toastmasters). 3) Founding or re-establishing a dormant student organization (3 units on verification). 4) RSBC or Campus Committees (3 units for 1 year of service). 5) Serve in additional leadership roles in 1 or more organizations.
