Mandatory attendance in each of the live sessions held via Zoom which last approximately 2.5 hours. In the interactive sessions, participants are challenged to explore and unpack their own biases and identify personal development areas of improvement. Through a range of individual and group experiences, participants learn to recognize blind spots connected to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
