Earning Criteria

First, Honors College student must attend an in-person workshop
Students must then submit a 500-word reflective essay which discusses the following: How does emotional intelligence present itself differently in person, in writing, up close, and from afar? How can you leverage a greater knowledge about emotional intelligence to support your peers, or, to support an organization? How does a lack of emotional intelligence affect an organization? How does such a lack affect individuals?
