Earning Criteria

Complete a five-week course to develop competency in applying key principles of UDL and producing accessible content for online, hybrid, or face-to-face courses. This includes the development of an online lesson that is accessible to and inclusive of all potential students and their learning needs. Completion of this course also requires participation in online discussions and learning activities , passing quizzes, and completing final project.

Apply the principles of Universal Design for Learning to develop an online lesson that is accessible to learners with diverse needs. The project includes multimedia components and effectively leverages the tools of the online environment to create an inclusive and accessible learning experience.
