Earning Criteria

Complete online training for Thermoformer and watch online training videos.
Complete the provided online quiz and score 100% on all questions.
Attend and complete an in-person training session, demonstrating adept proficiency in using the Formech Thermoformer machine. This includes creating a basic mold and demonstrating proper safety protocols for using the Formech Thermoforming machine. An IDEA Lab facilitator must also give the user certification in order for the user to be able to use the Formech Thermoformer machine freely.
