This badge is for those who have a human services or related degree. Adding this micro-credential badge to your degree provides the academic eligibility you need for QMHP-A credentialing. Earners must successfully complete of all five courses with a proficiency rating of 80% on all skill-based assignments.
Successful completion of all skill-based assignments including 1) Client Engagement and Communication; 2) Case Management ; 3) Problem Solving ; 4)Service Planning; 5) Documentation; 6) Group Facilitation; and 7) Professional Helper.
A score of 80% or better must be earned for each skill being assessed.
