BI 235: This is a laboratory only course. This course is aimed at those interested in pursuing positions in biotechnology industry and research laboratories. It will teach laboratory skill sets commonly used in these settings including: solution making, mammalian cell culture, protein purification, western blot, plasmid isolation, PCR, and electrophoresis.
