SDSU Identity & Allyship Action 301 Badge (Level 3)

This Level 3 badge builds on the ILAT (Level I), Identity and Allyship Awareness Badge 101 (Level I), and Identity and Allyship Application Badge 201 (Level II). Participants will practice allyship by mentoring IAAB 201 participants, gaining hands-on experience in navigating diversity, inclusion, and equity topics. The badge signifies the integration and application of skills learned in previous levels, demonstrating the ability to support and engage in meaningful diversity & inclusion efforts.

Earning Criteria

  • Prerequisite: Level 2 Identity & Allyship Application Badge 201 (IAAB 201), Level 1 Identity & Allyship Awareness Badge 101 (IAAB 101) 301 activities: 301 participants will co-facilitate a small group discussion with a member of the IAAB leadership team for 101 and 201 participants. 301 participants will develop a professional development workshop and exercise tools of civility. Participants will also research and interview staff who integrate DEI into their work. Participants must also reflect.
