Peer mentors, who are in the same status as the individuals they mentor, earn this badge upon the successful completion of three key components: 'The Role of the Peer Educator/Mentor,' 'Conducting a Successful Session,' and 'Administrative Policies and Procedures.' This comprehensive training covers a minimum of three hours dedicated to the study of peer mentorship. At the conclusion of each session, peer mentors are expected to assess their learning by filling out a reflection form.
