Earners of the ESL Transition to Adult Secondary Education Certificate are students with high school level reading and writing skills to be prepared to enroll in the Adult Secondary Education Program and language skills and abilities that can be used to prepare to take advanced Career Education, Adult Basic Education, and other program courses leading to certificates or degrees.
