Designed to prepare students to obtain entry-level employment in information technology (IT) or pursue higher-level training at Santa Ana College. Students gain basic knowledge in hardware, operating systems, networking, security, and customer service. Hands-on training using computer components and operating systems provide an opportunity for students to enhance their skills in assembling, disassembling, servicing, troubleshooting, and upgrading computer and networking systems.
