Learn the foundations of strategic planning and how to implement a strategic planning process in a nonprofit organization. This course will demonstrate how to use strategic planning to develop organizational priorities, allocate resources to support priorities and create a strategic plan to strengthen impact. Practical application for organizations of every size is emphasized.
