The Postgraduate Program in Food Science and Technology develops professionals to carry out research, teach, and contribute to other activities in the field. Graduate students at UFSM who complete the program and fulfill all the requirements are eligible for a SAS Academic badge. This specialization focuses on preparing students to be experts in data analysis and interpretation in Biostatistics settings, including analyzing and visualizing data to drive insights and test hypotheses.
