The Earner who has completed the Lean Green Belt module will be prepared to earn certification and being to lead Lean Six Sigma projects. They will understand more fully project management and change principles as well as methods of leading change, analyzing and visualizing data, testing and measuring data and understanding how to create sustainable improvement processes. Green Belt status will qualify the individual to supervise various elements of process review projects.
