An individual achieving Lean Yellow Belt credentials will be able to participate in an organization’s process improvement program by better understanding Lean and principles and being able to gather the necessary data for the various methods of analysis used in process review. These include understanding techniques for measuring factors affecting processes and understanding the impact of introducing change and how to communicate those changes to others.
