Participants will be able to create effective management-union relationships despite perceptions and competing interests and understand and manage the collective agreement within the guidelines of key legislative bodies. They will also be able to deal effectively with disgruntled and challenging employees and leverage their communication skills to build trust and commitment. The will also be able to know when and how to provide constructive feedback and conduct disciplinary interviews.
