OD and Change Essentials
Participants will be prepared for the complex work of designing and facilitating Organization Development and Change initiatives to solve complex business and organizational issues. They will be able to use their learning about OD frameworks, theories and methodologies, and a deeper understanding of change dynamics to develop recommendations for change that align leadership, learning, people systems, organizational structure and processes, and relationships with strategic priorities and goals.
