Hersheypark Leadership Development Internship Level 1 is a 12-week program designed for college students to gain insight into careers at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts during an enhanced employment experience. Participants develop an inclusive leadership style and discover how their personal strengths transfer to the workplace.

Earning Criteria

  • Complete the 12-week Hersheypark Leadership Development Internship (HPLDI – Level 1) program offered by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. To earn the Certificate of Completion students must attend 11 of 12 sessions and apply session context to leadership and workplace scenarios.
