Earning Criteria

Complete the 3-month First Time Manager Program, which includes 4 hours of self-paced learning and 21 hours of multi-session workshops. The program is followed by pre, mid-point, and end-point check-in assessments, culminating in a final evaluation and certificate issuance.
Undertake the final assessment at the end of the program and qualify with 65%
