Earning Criteria

All the participants need to have attended at least 5 out of 9 sessions during the course of this program to be able to attempt the qualifying end-program assessment.

1 month continuous weekly engagement for the participants with Tiny Habits in between the sessions during the course of the program. Everyone needs to attend this so as to be able to commit and build a habitual change.
